Paramount among the quaint homes along the mountainside is this 10 bedroom Epic Lodge. It’s the perfect destination for a legendary ski trip, memorable family reunion, bachelor/bachelorette weekend, or corporate retreat. This is your home away from home, with an open concept layout with a huge double sized kitchen, 2 living rooms, billiards table and wet bar. On the ground level floor there is a sauna, and an oversized hot tub for 8 people, a spacious fully equipped ski room w/ boot warmers, and a 5 car garage. Too tired to walk? Take the elevator to all floors of the house. You have tons of bedrooms to choose from as well: First Floor (same level as kitchen & living room area): Suite #1 - King bed + full bathroom Second Floor: Suite #2 - 1 King + full bathroom Suite #3 - 2 Queen beds + full bathroom Suite #4 - 1 King bed + full bathroom Suite #5 - 2 Queen beds + full bathroom Suite #6 - 1 Queen bed + full bathroom Third Floor - MORE BEDROOMS Suite #7 - 1 King bed + full private kitchen + full bathroom Suite #8 - 2 Queen beds (bunk beds) + full bathroom Suite #9 - 1 King bed + shared full bathroom w/ Suite #10 (bathroom attached to bedroom, perfect for a family w/ kids!) Multi-zone radiant heat system. Newly installed AC system. Additional individual PTAC heating/cooling systems in the bedrooms. On top of all that, the home comes fully equipped with all the essentials to make your trip a breeze. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, trash bags, dish soap, spices, and the list goes on. The kitchen is equipped with just about every thing you could ask for: multiple coffee makers, 2x fridge/freezers, 2x ovens, 10 burner dual range w/ commercial hood, 2x dishwasher, 2x sinks, microwave, toaster oven, slow cooker, massive amounts of counter space, walk in pantry, and just about every cooking dish/pot/pan/utensil you can think of. If you get a bit overwhelmed, just ask us for a recommendation for a private chef to come do all the cooking and cleaning for you and your family!
Access
The home comes with more parking than you could ever need. 5 attached garage spots with another 3 driveway spots will give you plenty of options for the whole group. All access doors have Yale automated locks and you'll be assigned your own personalized access code for your stay. No need for physical keys anymore! On the off chance you run into any issues, we're available anytime during your stay should you need assistance.

Neighborhood
The house is right in the thick of 'Old Town'. This is the most exclusive and premier location for all of Park City. Park City has evolved from a mid-nineteenth center silver mining settlement, to a year-round destination resort town, known for its world class accommodations, fine dining and historic charm. Old Town, also referred to as the Historic District, is undeniably the heart of Park City. Homes here will always be in high demand for that reason. Many primary residence buyers, eager to be in the midst of everything, are drawn to Old Town’s charm and vibrancy. It rates #1 in terms of walkability, ski access, and proximity to shops, restaurants, night life and special events. Transit
Everything is within walking distance from you. Walk just one block to Park City Mountain Resort, or a short stroll to the iconic main street. If you wish to venture further you can take the free shuttle buses to Deer Valley or Canyons. The bus stop is located half a block away. Please see the Park City Transit for Park City’s Free Bus Schedule. Uber and Lyft are also other good way of transportation if needed and readily available in the Park City Area.
Notes
CANCELLATION POLICY: We do allow cancellations up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund, minus a 3% cancellation fee on any deposits paid via credit card. Our payment processor does not refund the credit card fee, so we simply ask guests to cover that expense in the event they need to cancel more than 60 days before.

The best place for large groups!! We were a group of 15 and this house was totally perfect. Quiet, very comfortable beds, two dishwashers which we appreciated being so many, plenty of room to spread out. WALKABLE TO SKI SCHOOL for the kids and lifts for adults - priceless. Jonathan was very responsive to all our questions! Easy check-in. Highly recommended!!

We hosted a large group and skied (3) mountains which included Park City/Canyons, Deer Valley and Alta. The house was a perfect size for our group, allowing everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The parking level was great. We parked (3) large SUVs in the heated garage. Our group was impressed with the ski room with lockers so everyone could store their equipment. The boot/clothing dryers was a very helpful allowing our items to dry out overnight. We used the spa and hot tub frequently. The first floor was amazing. We spent most of our time there as a group watching the Superbowl on the large tv's, playing pool and games, and even brought in a private chef. The dinning area was comfortable for our size group. We would definitely be interested in renting this house again!

We used this house for a corporate director's retreat and it was perfect! It's much larger than the photos suggest and we were all impressed with the space. There were 10 of us and all of us felt comfortable and had our own bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect and so well stocked and we were able to use the tv's quickly for presenting. It was really easy to park our four rental cars and we were able to quickly walk to a convenience store if we needed it or to Main Street for dinner. Highly recommend!
